For a dark beer it is extremely drinkable. Four diffrent malts are used in this brew. We also do four hop additions consisting of a combination of East Kent Goldings' Liberty and Willamette
Our twist on the traditional robust American Porter, Shake Chocolate Porter is dark black in color with rich, sweet aromatics and flavors of dark chocolate, coffee and caramel. This unique brew blends five different grains, including Chocolate Wheat, that along with cacao nibs create a devilishly delicious chocolate finish with a velvety mouthfeel
Chock full of highly roasted barley malt and 150 lbs. of flaked oatmeal, the Warlock is a dark and satisfying winter elixir. Smooth, rich and exceptionally comforting
Deep dark mahogany color. Rich, seductive flavors of molasses, chewy toffee, and dark pit fruit, all leading to a roasted malty finish
Chimay Red is noted for its coppery colour which makes it particularly attractive. Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The taste perceived in the mouth is a balance confirming the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance. Its taste, which imparts a silky sensation to the tongue, is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness. To the palate, the taster perceives a pleasant astringency which complements the flavour qualities of this beer very harmoniously
Much like its legendary predecessors, this Yeti is big, bold and dark. The addition of rolled oats softens Yeti's notoriously roasty backbone and the small amount of raisins added in the brew kettle create a unique dark fruit character
The rich, black-as-night color with the creamy, tan head tells you that the beer in your glass is a stout through and through. However, after you raise the glass to your nose, you will know that Sad Panda is something special. Aromas of vanilla and chocolate are prominent yet balanced with the malt sweetness and caramel aromas expected in stouts. Your first sip introduces the complex combination of flavors you might expect in your favorite coffee – the balanced sweetness of vanilla and dark chocolate flavors with a smooth coffee bitterness at the finish, this drinkable stout hits all of our sensory pleasure points. The sweet balanced finish invites another sip. Just one more
The aroma is of brown sugar and vanilla cream, with hints of roasted coffee. The pillowy head coats your upper lip and its creaminess entices your palate. Initial roasty, mocha flavors rise up, with slight hop & roast bitterness in the finish
La Folie, French for "the folly," is a beer steeped in New Belgium brewing tradition. This wood-aged, sour brown spends one to three years in big, oak barrels, known as foeders. And when the beer finally hits the glass, La Folie is sharp and sour, full of green apple, cherry, and plum-skin notes. Pouring a deep mahogany, the mouthfeel will get you puckering while the smooth finish will get you smiling. Not a beer for the timid, La Folie is a sour delight that will turn your tongue on its head. Find out why it's considered one of the best sour beers around

West Coast IPA Our original single IPA made with Simcoe and Amarillo hops "in harmony"
Truth is, everyone has a birthday. And when you want to celebrate, this Session IPA is a gift to the senses. Made with 6 different hops, this bold brew is refreshing enough to enjoy again and again. Now, make a wish and blow out the candles. But don't tell anyone, or your wish won't come true
In the 1700s one crafty brewer discovered that a healthy dose of hops and an increased alcohol content preserved his ales during the long voyage to India (as depicted in our label) to quench the thirst of British troops. Today, we tip our hat to that historic innovation by brewing Colorado's hoppiest pale ale. Avery IPA demands to be poured into your favorite glass to truly appreciate the citrusy, floral bouquet and the rich, malty finish
Our award-winning IPA, with a citrus twist. Our Grapefruit Sculpin is the latest take on our signature IPA. Some may say there are few ways to improve Sculpin's unique flavor, but the tart freshness of grapefruit perfectly complements our IPA's citrusy hop character. Grapefruit's a winter fruit, but this easy-drinking ale tastes like summer
This hoppy American IPA is a full bodied beer brewed with American pale and crystal malts, and heavily hopped with Chinook, Cascade, Columbus and Centennial
Most breweries have at least one piece of equipment that's just a bit persnickity. Here at Boulevard we have fermenter number seven, the black sheep of our cellar family. Ironically, when our brewers were experimenting with variations on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in that very vessel. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish
Another Butcherknife Award-winner. This traditional Bavarian style is the perfect summer quaffing ale. A big, creamy head that sticks around combined with notes of banana from the German yeast elevate this hazy late summer masterpiece to the top of our drinking list
Chimay Tripel, with its typical golden colour, its slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterised by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer's flavour, as sensed in the mouth, comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma
Belgian Strong Golden Ale. The particular character and the unique taste of "Delirium Tremens" result from the use of three different kinds of yeast
An imperial IPA best savored from a snifter, 90 Minute has a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate
Our flagship beer. A session India Pale Ale brewed with Warrior, Amarillo & 'Mystery Hop X.' A powerful East Coast I.P.A. with a lot of citrusy hop character. THE session beer for beer geeks like us!
A misty golden blonde ale fermented with shiploads of fruit. A crisp, clean finish and just enough apricot to make this a favorite. Combine with sunshine and friends for full effect

Four generations of the Moortgat family have brought together Pilsner malts, Bohemian hops, and a unique yeast strain to create this intense, aromatic and beguiling ale. This Belgian favourite is best enjoyed chilled with discerning friends or good-looking strangers
Head Brewer Christian Koch fell in love with this style after visiting the beer halls of Cologne and brewed our 8 Second Kölsch to be a true representation of this easy drinking, crisp Ale. This is a beer that will find a place in craft beer destinations and cowboy bars alike, and is perfect for those looking for an easy drinking everyday craft beer
Special hop-forward ale featuring Mosaic and whole leaf Apollo is both fruity and dank
Pils is a bright straw colored lager beer with playful carbonation topped with beautiful white foam lace. Delicate lightly toasted malt flavors underscore noble German hop character. Hallertau-grown Magnum hops deliver the lupulin foundation while generous amounts of Spalter Select hops bring floral aromatic and spicy herbal notes. As a twist on the traditional Pils, we dry hop with German Saphir for a touch of bergamot zest and lemongrass
Bursting with aromas of passion fruit, mango, and peach, our Imperial Saison is brewed using New Zealand Rakau hops. Combined with notes of pepper and ginger produced by our house yeast strain
Berliner Weisse
Our homage to the saisons that Belgian farm workers have enjoyed for centuries. Brewed with barley, wheat and rice and fermented at high temperatures with a special blend of four different yeast strains, COLETTE is fruity and slightly tart, with a dry finish that makes it that rarest of treats
We've kicked it up a notch by adding a tropical twist to this refreshing ale. Get amped on Passion Fruit Kicker—a jaw-dropping, mouth-watering, smooth brew with sweet, tart, fruity flavor. We layer passion fruit tea and passion fruit juice with wheat malt and 2-row malted barley to bring you this exhilarating crowd pleaser. Your palate will do a 360 for more of this luscious wheat ale
Simcoe for tropical and grapefruit zest, Columbus for hop pungency, Centennial for pine notes, Citra for citrus zest and Cascade for floral aroma are layered throughout the brewing process. West Coast IPA® exemplifies the Green Flash spirit of adventure and discovery
Ahh, Weiss beer; is there anything more refreshing and indicative of Summer? As promised, here is the second installment of this incredible seasonal. Far and away, the most popular specialty we have ever released here at La Cumbre, our very traditional Bavarian-style Hefeweizen is brewed with 60% malted wheat and a very unique yeast strain resulting in a rush of banana and clove in the nose, and a big, lush, milkshake-like mouthfeel. While the alcohol is moderate, watch out, you'll go through 3 of these faster than a passing monsoon rain
Did someone ask for hops? Tired of beers that promise a full lupulin experience, but never deliver more than richly malted bitterness? It's no secret that this is what we excel at. We've been brewing world class IPAs for years. Our flagship is the culmination of a decades worth of studying and brewing. Take a step above and acclimate to what an IPA should be
Raspberry Lambic from Belgium
A lighter bodied beer that immediately makes an initial hop impression followed by a brief thinning layer of malt which is swallowed in the driest finish by a driven hop expression
Hubert? I've heard of him. A friend of a friend knows him. Apparently he's awesome, but we've never met. Well. It's about time you did. Most you connoisseurs would just call him an IPA, but we call him an MPA. The Melvin Pale Ale. A welcomed hand shake to your taste buds. Light, crisp, fresh and a little bitty bitter. Lets just say he won't be that jerk that leaves you at the bar at 2am. He's low in alcohol. What a nice guy, that Hubert
(Sour Blend) This beer is a collaboration between the two of Denver's most popular craft beer bars and New Belgium Brewing Company. Chris Black, owner of Falling Rock Tap House and Justin Loyd, owner of Star Bar, created this blend. This is the third blend that Falling Rock and Star Bar have done together with New Belgium. For Blend #3 they used Felix Foeders (light colored) for the first time, something totally different for both of the bar owners
Like New Belgium, Hof Ten Dormaal blurs the line between tradition and innovation: The charming family-owned farm and brewery produces everything from classic Belgian blonds to sours fermented by ambient flora to forward-thinking hoppy saisons. In that spirit, we've joined forces to craft a deliciously uncommon springtime golden ale, which blends Old World ingredients with modern flavors. Spelt, malted sunflower seeds, and wild carrot herbs swell for a nutty, bready, grassy wash, while Saaz and Mosaic hops lend spicy, tropical accents to the sip. Kick off your winter boots and welcome in the fresh flavors of spring
Imperial IPA from Fort Collins, CO. 9.3%. Named for Myrcene a Component of Essential Oils in the Hop Flower
Paulaner Hefe-Weizen natural cloudy beer is our brewery's best-selling product. Specifically cultivated, top-fermented yeast give it its unmistakable character: sparklingly mild and fruity with a delicate yeast flavour. The eye is immediately drawn to its gleaming orange colour, its uniform cloudiness and the large head
Developed from Petrus Oud Bruin; a paler version of a traditional local style
This American Pale Ale is fresh as they come and only being poured at select bars in Chicago. Brewed with Mosaic and Amarillo hops, Lizard King will be the perfect way to start (or end) your day
First brewed in 2002 to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the original Pizza Port location in Solana Beach, we searched high and low and combined 15 of our favorite hops which were added every 15 minutes to the boil. Somewhat darker than other Double IPA style beers, our beer oozes the hop goodness of pine needles, freshly squeezed citrus and ground spices which are only moderately tempered by a sweet malt finish. Thankfully, for all of us hopheads, we have decided to brew this beer more than once a year. Look for Hop 15 to make appearances from time to time when space permits us to brew this, one of our favorite ales
Otra Vez means "another time," and for Sierra Nevada that time is early California when beers were made from local ingredients. The brewery trialed various native produce searching for great flavors. Prickly pear cactus flourishes in the state's arid deserts, and grapefruit fills the Central Valley's flats. Together their fruity-tangy blend makes Otra Vez, whose tartness is true to the gose style, pop with character
A unique twist on Modus Hoperandi, this citrus IPA is dry-hopped with a generous portion of Mandarina Bavaria hops and brewed with sweet orange peels
Collaboration brew between Falling Rock Tap House and Spangalang
brewed in collaboration with Mr. B's Wine & Spirits and Falling Rock Tap House, is ready for your faces. On tap at Falling Rock, Station 26 Tasting Room and for sale in bombers for $8.99 exclusively at Mr. B's! This beer is a DISturbid, unfiltered Double IPA for drinking, not for chewing. Hopped intensely with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc
Juicy Banger: a fruit forward IPA with assertive, juicy hop character. Brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Centennial, and Apollo hops, ours has a huge hop presence. Dank with notes of apricot, papaya, citrus, and a touch of pine. Great example of classic West Coast IPA meets hop burst styles
While our beers are many and diverse, yet unified by overarching boldness, India pale ales are our undeniable bread and butter. We've brewed many over the past 18 years, from double-down bitter bombs to piney session sippers. Whether it's big IBUs or a precise ABV, there's usually a target we're shooting for. The same is true of this, our latest IPA, but we gave zero thought to any acronyms. This one was all about packing as much unique and, you guessed it, delicious flavor into a glass as humanly possible, regardless of oomph or octane. This intensely citrusy, beautifully bitter beer is worthy of the simple-yet-lordly title of Stone Delicious IPA. Lemondrop and El Dorado hops combine to bring on a magnificent lemon candy-like flavor that's balanced by hop spice. It's unlike anything we've tasted in nearly two decades of IPA experimentation, and another lupulin-laced creation we're excited to introduce to hopheads everywhere
Tivoli beer is back! The old original recipe from Tivoli Brewing is a 5.1% abv Helles Lager. A light, refreshing blast from the past!
One Ear is an unspiced 'naked' Saison brewed with barley, oats, and rye. A Free-Rise fermentation develops a light fruit and pepper, while the assertive hoping profile creates a dry finish
Our Craft Lager is a premium American lager brewed entirely of malted barley. Snowmelt-infused and river-ready, this Colorado-style session beer stands side-by-side with our family of premium ales to bring you a clean, easy, light-bodied lager for the ages
Marinated skirt steak & grilled red onions on four corn tortillas. Served with Salsa Rojo and Guacamole
With Cumin Red Bird Chicken, Salsa Verde and Guacamole 9.94
Just what it says it is, a bowl of house-made pork green chili, served with diced red onions, sour cream, shredded cheese and two flour tortillas
Cup 5.09
Two home-made pork tamales smothered in house-made pork green chili, garnished with lettuce, tomato and cheese, served with a side of refried beans and house-made guacamole
Richly malty and long on the palate, with just enough hop backing to make this beautiful amber colored "alt" style beer notably well balanced
A blend of pale and caramel malts, fermentation with lager yeast at warmer ale temperatures in shallow open-air fermenters, and gentle carbonation in our cellars through an all-natural process called kräusening
Exciting aromas– like a citrus-filled fruit basket. It's a beer with attitude. The foundation of this beer is very malty, marrying nicely with the bold hop notes that emerge on the palate and ultimately dominate it's lingering finish
A full-bodied brown ale with smooth hints of pumpkin and brown sugar. We brew our Punkin Ale with pumpkin meat, brown sugar and spices. As the season cools, this is the perfect beer to warm up with
A very drinkable pumpkin ale—brewed with seven and a half pounds of pumpkin per barrel and spiced in conditioning with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and allspice
Our collaborative beer has all the familiar flavors of the season, but done with Epic style. To a base of strong, roasty, and chocolaty porter, we add 200 pounds of real pumpkin per batch, five spices and whole Madagascar vanilla beans. As you pour this deeply ruby brown beer, you're greeted by the aroma of fresh cut squash, followed by rich chocolate. The flavor starts sweet with marshmallow, vanilla, and some pumpkin pie, then yields to a coffee roast and dark chocolate dryness. This beer is a great introduction for curious drinkers and a special holiday treat for fans of the style
It opens with a biscuity toasted malt aroma and a hint of oak and vanilla. Pale malts create a smooth malty middle with ribbons of caramel, English toffee and toasted oak
This brew boasts a refreshing, highly drinkable flavour, flowery and fresh, with very well developed hop characteristics (a mixture of the Northdown and Challenger varieties)
Not for the faint of heart, it is, however, fit for the gods. Delivers a huge amount of hops from start to finish. Its hefty backbone of nutty, malty sweetness balances its aggressive hop profile.. Hercules, Hercules
Toasty, biscuit-like malt flavors coasting in equilibrium with hoppy freshness
The distinctive hop character of our 5 Barrel Pale Ale is due to the extraction of essential oils from select hops. Treated to an infusion of fresh whole hop flowers in the Hop Back and the Fermentor, as well as four hop additions during the kettle boil. We like how this gives the beer a fresh, lively flavor and aroma
Odell's flagship beer is a Scottish ale
A classic English-style special bitter, it has a triad of caramel maltiness, frutiness, and hop bitterness in aroma and flavor and a dry, hoppy finish. Younger's Special Bitter (affectionately nicknamed YSB) is a classic English Special Bitter named after Bill Younger of the infamous Horse Brass Pub in Portland, Oregon. A special Imperial YSB was brewed in 2006 for the 30 Year Anniversary of the Horse Brass Pub
This is an aggressive beer. You probably won't like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth
Awesome house-made, gluten-free patty blending exotic grains, fire-roasted veggies and cheese, topped with lettuce, tomato, red onion & basil pesto mayo on a bun. Can be ordered as Dairy -free
The first flavour fits well with the nose. The tested and concrete aromas are delicately maintains through a strong edge, masculine and without too much sugar. A beer to accompany a variety of dishes cooked in the great stewing tradition
Dry apple cider, crisp, tart and drinkable
Honey wine made with passionfruit
Apple and Raspberry cider
Are kids 18+ allowed in?
Gets two stars for the expansive beer collection. But I wouldn't come back. We were sitting in their patio and they wouldn't split checks, gave us a hard time about ordering food and no one came out to serve - you had to go to the bar. We had a good sized group and didn't stay long.
MoreBeer lovers unite in a deep-cut beer bar that essentially worships beer. BEER!
Favorite place in denver all kinds a beers any flavor u want. Just wish they'd add mead
MoreHere on a Wednesday post-ballgame with the sun shining and the post-work crowd not yet in attendance. While rooftop bars nearby were packed, this institution dedicated to amazing beer was pleasantly uncrowded (but still busy). Not much space for non-eating persons away from the bar but our group managed to have some enjoyable beverages, ranging for Denver breweries to regional, and quite a few Belgian, beers on draft as well.I hadn't been in a decade and nothing has changed, including the breweriana on the walls and the bottles and cans lining shelf after shelf way overhead. A true shrine to beer and a delight to revisit.
MoreAwesome place! I really really really wish I could get some of that Upslope Craft Lager here! The selection of beers was almost overwhelming. The wings were top notch.
MoreGreat beer, fun people. Always will find a way to jump into a random convo even if you're soloing it
MoreGreat taphouse to give new beers, ciders and Mead! Found one of my new favorite east coast ciders here. Food is also pretty good.
MoreI was impressed with the decor. Excellent beer variety great food!!
Decent atmosphere and good selection of drinks. I was impressed with the decor. The food was good and tasted good. The waiter was really busy trying to cover more tables than he could handle. All in all... not bad.
MoreA must go stop when ever I am in Denver. Get 420 wings and veggie burger. A full tank me carnivore and the veggie burger is the best you can get.
MoreAwesome bar. Someone we met said we should stop in. The food and beer recommendations were awesome. Would go back!
MoreGreat selection of special beer. Friendly staff and a very good atmosphere.
Our server was very rude our entire time we were there. He never informed us about how they were not serving fries so we were confused when they didn’t come out with our meal so when we asked politely he said very rudely “well because of the state the world is in right now we can’t serve fries because we don’t have the funds to bring in our potatoes” uhhh okay I see where you’re coming from but maybe have a nicer attitude next time. He also didn’t inform us that sides of ranch were a dollar extra but we only got the sides of ranch because we thought we were getting fries. He then so rudely at the end of our meal said “don’t worry I didn’t charge you for the slice of cheese” oh well thank you so much for that even though you forgot the cheese on the burger in the first place and we had to ask for it. Terrible experience overall and I would not recommend going here!!
MoreLove this place for sports! Huge beer selection!
Awesome spot with more beer pulls than you can count and tons of local brews to pick from. The menu is always rotating and staff are super knowledgeable. We can't wait to come back on our next visit!
MoreExcellent beer variety, great food, and great atmosphere. If you come downtown this is the best tap house you will find. The staff is very friendly and will point you in the direction of the best beer choices based on your taste.
MoreOne of the greats. The food is always good, and the tap list never fails to impress.
MoreGreat beer. Their standard taps are better than most beer bars could hope for, and their rotating selection puts them on another level. Come here during GABF for killer, hard to find offerings and tap take overs. 2 blocks to Coors Field is an added bonus
MoreOne of the best places in Denver to find some really great beer. Tons of taps and plenty of room. Two floors and an outside patio. Definitely recommend
MoreFun bar with a pub feel. Tons of beers on tap. A really diverse selection. A little something for everyone and some things you’ve never had before. The food is bar food. Nothing to write home about but good food best paired with good beer. A good place to go when you want to try some new brews.
MoreThe burger was delicious! The onion rings were phenomenal. I liked all of the stickers in the bathroom. That was spunky.
MoreGreat vibes here. A real relaxed, pub environment on the edge of Denver's hip LoDo neighborhood. I loved the seemingly endless beer selection and tasty food. Try the blackened chicken sandwich, so good. Prices are very reasonable and staff is great.
MoreSpecially liked the chocolate shake stout. An abundance of draft varieties. Nice.
MoreGreat beer selection. Great wait staff that knows their beers. Pliny always available!
Morehelped me get a complete setup, very helpful and chill team working when I went
Love this place. Staff was not very friendly this trip, but it was 11am on a Saturday after beer festival. Great time to go. Best eclectic beer list anywhere.
MoreWanted to rate this as 5 star, and the ambience and everything does set bar for 5star, but the recommendation from bartender for best brewed beer at this place - just set the bar down, and hence 4 starHad a round the block lager over here - really nothing special about beer; but do catch the evening roar here - after the game, this place really lights up! Definitely a DO-NOT-MISS in Denver!!
MoreAlways been a great spot but handling Covid poorly. Gotta do better with the food, especially packaging and presentation. Otherwise just shut ‘er down for awhile.
MoreLove this place; best bar food anywhere. Highly recommend the wings, Philly, and South Western chicken sandwich.
MoreBest beer selection hands down! Food is also great. I suggest going for their brunch menu.
MoreDelicious food. Great choice of beers and ciders.
Big fans of the selection. The downstairs area is fun, but needs some serious upkeep. There is literally a hole in the wall under one of the dartboards, and both pool tables need to be resurfaced. I liked that we didn’t have to pay for the rental, but there still needs to be some serious work done.
MoreBest bar in the area. Amazing selection of beer and there food was good too! One of the few places we went back to.
MoreOur favorite Tap House of all-time. The selections of beer are awesome and the atmosphere is always inviting. It's a destination spot when we are in Denver.
MoreThis one is difficult to rate. Good location, great service and good beer but the food needs some visual appeal or maybe not, if the people that are there often like it who am I to say. I would go back if I went back to the area
MoreGreat selection, knowledgeable bartender, and the food is really good. Usually bars offer subpar salads but this was one of the best Cobb salads I’ve ever had. Oh and they have some amazing gluten free selections. Highly recommend the Holidaily IPA.
MoreFriendly service, good food, and great atmosphere. The knowledge of beer is second to none.
MoreGreat beer and great service
Great atmosphere, huge selection of beers and good food.
Awesome place to drink. Great location. Close to the Rockies stadium, and other good bars downtown. They have over 50 different beers to choose from! I’ll go back.
MoreGreat beer selection and great helpful staff. Visited from southeast Texas and loved their selection of stout beers. The food was also good, nice place to come and unwind. Will definitely return when I'm in the Denver area.
MoreA quick stop in on a rainy afternoon led to an evening of delicious beer and food. We tried the Reuben and Chicken sandwich which were unreal. Love the pub ambiance and fun. The service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.
MoreLove this place. Not a lot of flavors for their wings but their spicy garlic is one of my favorite. Great food and fun atmosphere.
MoreI asked the bartender if she knew when the rock was actually going to finish falling. I was told to leave. 10/10 Would recommend.
MoreOne of the top beer bars in the country. Great tap list, always has Pliny and Superpower IPA on tap. Don't miss out on the fried mushrooms
MoreVery hostile when asking about the menu, then when we revive our food we got a bag of chips instead of the fries pictured was told after the fact and revived a hand written check with different prices in the menu. When asking for a manager our server went and dissapeared for about 20 min and we just decided to leave
MoreJust had a bus delay and stopped in for 2 hours. Great food, insanely good beer selection. My bartender was knowledgeable and awesome. I will be back everytime I come to Denver and recommend highly to all my friends that live here. Thank you for making my day, experience, trip, life better!
MoreVery good selection of beer on tap, and the food is not bad.
Great food and great service!
Beers is always on rotation with a variety of flavors to suit everyone’s! Food menu is extensive and delicious (best onion rings ever!), staff are normally knowledgeable, friendly, and touch the table perfectly. A bit more expensive than some of the nearby options, but definitely worth it!
More
